How Does Our A.I. Review Builder Work?

We have managed to implement our powerful new A.I. Review Builder tool into our already existing proprietary InLine Text product to help make communicating with your customers easier than ever before. With over 90% of standard SMS messages being opened on average, it is more important than ever to reach people where they already are – their cell phones.

With InLine Text, you are able to send your customers text messages directly to their mobile devices and start communicating with them right away. We use that same power to send a message out and allow your customers to have the easiest path to leaving you a review for your dealership.

Within our A.I. Review Builder tool, our Review Wizard can look up any of your customers phone numbers (if they are accessible within your database) and attach valuable information to the sale of that person. From the salesperson, to the date the vehicle was purchased, to the VIN number of the vehicle sold, and more valuable information to the overall sale, and have that information be “attached” to the customer.

From there, our tool will prompt your customer to fill out a quick and easy form. If they give enough information about their overall buying experience from your dealership, they will be prompted on the next screen to leave a Google Review to your dealership or business.

At that point, your customer will still have that sales information mentioned above tied to them. Our AI assistant will then give them the option to have the assistant write the review for them. Our AI Review Builder tool will then craft a review for the dealership based upon the attached data from the Review Wizard. This allows for easy copying and pasting of that generated review right to your Google Business Profile with an easy, accessible link right to your Google Review page.

For the dealer, this new A.I. Review Builder tool is really neat because you are able to actually respond to these reviews from within InLine Text! Not to mention, you can even attach photos of the customer and/or the customers’ vehicle in your response – all from one app on your phone.
